John “LJ” Kielczynski serves as Director of National Accounts at NPPFA Benefits, has over five years of experience in the financial sector and over 30 years in the fire service. He holds a Magna Cum Laude BA in Business Management and Operations from Benedictine University. Before joining NPPFA Benefits, John spent over 30 years as a firefighter/EMT, eventually retiring as a Battalion Chief. He also worked as an Emergency Dispatcher for over 5 years and an Environmental, Safety, and HazMat Technician for over 20 years. In addition to his professional roles, John volunteered for the IL Fire Safety Alliance and was elected Executive Board Member. His background in the fire service and fire safety education had enriched his current role, allowing him to continue to educate and serve public sector employees, financially preparing them for life after retirement. John currently holds both FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses.
