Joel Babbitt has been active and licensed to do business for over 30 years, 25 of which at the firm he founded. Joel holds both FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. Joel created for the National Public Pension Fund Association (NPPFA) the Wise Choice co-op sponsored by the non-profit NPPFA. The co-op includes the 457(b) Wise Choice for Public Employees® Plan, the Retirement Healthcare Funding Plan, the Wise Choice 401(a) Plan, and the Wise Choice for Educators® 403(b)/457(b) Plan. Joel is the President and Founder of NPPFA Benefits and serves as the administrator of the program. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a plan with over 300 participating units of government, 15,000+ participants, and $1 billion in assets under management.
