Jim Gutierrez serves as a Registered Representative for NPPFA Benefits since August of 2025. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. Before joining NPPFA Benefits, Jim spent 20 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic with Lockport Fire District, and 10 years as the Director of EMS for Tri-State Fire Protection District. He has obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis University prior to his career in the Fire Service. Joining NPPFA Benefits has allowed Jim to help Firefighters and Police Officers reach their retirement goals. His responsibilities include enrolling members in their plans, assisting with investment questions and allocations, helping retirees through the process of retiring, and assisting them with their goals throughout retirement.
