Jeff Hackman has an extensive background in the financial services industry. He worked as a portfolio strategist, fixed income trader, and institutional salesperson at a large regional broker dealer. There, he also provided advice, guidance, and risk management strategies to some of the largest Banks in the Country. Concurrently, Jeff worked a 23-year full-time career as a firefighter/paramedic in the Chicago suburbs. There, he held top-level leadership positions in EMS, Pension, and Labor. He was also a founding member and leader of a charitable organization that helped local families and firefighters in need. Jeff has found that public sector employees need a trusted resource to turn to for formalized retirement, financial planning, and insurance consultation advice. This need has been formally recognized and adopted by NPPFA Benefits, and has since created an entire Wealth Planning Division to best serve our customers.
