Debby has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. She started National Benefit Administrators, Inc., a boutique enrollment and communications firm, in 1992 before partnering with Joel Babbitt to expand the Wise Choice co-op in 2007 to include the Wise Choice for Educators® 457(b)/403(b)Plan. Debby was instrumental in the development of the Wise Choice for Educators, which introduced a 403(b)-money source to the co-op. Debby is the team leader for NPPFA Benefits Public Education K-12 Division and is responsible for day-to-day operations.
Debby served as a Village Trustee for the Village of Glenview, IL for 16 years. During her tenure as a trustee, she was a supporter of private/public partnerships. She experienced the flexibility and streamlining these partnerships provided to local units of government. These partnerships allow local units of government access to expertise from the private sector to provide support to core employees and services of the governmental entity. Debby currently holds her health and life insurance license along with FINRA securities licenses 6 and 63.
