Brandon Erbe is a Registered Representative and team lead with the NPPFA (formerly IPPFA) Benefits team, where he has served since 2008. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and acts as a service representative for North Central and Northwestern Illinois, as well as Iowa. His responsibilities include assisting participants in enrolling in the Wise Choice for Public Employees® Plan, helping participants consolidate retirement assets, educating current and prospective participants about the benefits of the Retirement Healthcare Funding Plan, and assisting local governments in managing their 457b and 115c programs. He is dedicated to educating participants on how to maximize their benefits and ensuring they receive top-tier service. In addition to his work, Brandon has been an active firefighter since 2006. He also serves as a local pension board trustee and was Vice President of his IAFF Local for 12 years. His extensive experience on various boards and committees, along with his background in negotiating, allows him to assist employee groups and municipal leaders in navigating and developing employee benefit agreements.
